Cheshire Oaks Summer Event
Our winning event in the Commercial Event/Markets/Exhibitions category was the ‘Summer Social’ at Cheshire Oaks
At this event, we provided a Bar and Grill Shack with chunky plank wood benches and tables, a soft bean bag chill-out area and a gazebo, just in case the weather let us down! We also installed our fun and fabulous Water Walkers, safe fun for all.
The whole area was landscaped with potted plants to provide a little summer oasis in the middle of the retail shopping village. All visitors who came to the event said they enjoyed having an outdoor seating area with great food and drink to enjoy. Most people visiting said because of the event, their visit to the retail unit lasted longer and they were more inclined to pass details of the event on to friends and family.
The Summer Social was organised in conjunction with the management team at Cheshire Oaks, agreeing on space available, dates, elements required and what health and safety regulations had to be met. From the initial planning meeting, our team at Leisure Events took care of the whole event from building to professional staffing throughout the event and then breaking it all down and removing everything at the end of the event.
